Aldermaston Manor is a short drive from my studio and I have worked their many times over the past twenty years. It’s an old red brick Gothic styled building, blessed with ample grounds that run downhill to the lake. Your Aldermaston Manor wedding photographs will be interesting and varied as there as there are so many corners and interesting architectural details that make a wedding album photographed at this beautiful venue instantly recognisable. The clock tower and 17th Century chimney stacks (below) dominate the exterior.
The rooms are terrific at Aldermaston Manor as well – plenty of room to get ready for the big day. These images are from Louise and Neil’s nuptials last summer. One nice thing about Aldermaston Manor is that you can do the ‘big group photo’ inside as well as outside (see down below) thanks to the large reception area and the balconies that overlook it.
The library is great to get married in, not least of all because the bride gets to make her entrance through a false door in the wall covered with book spines – great fun! The dining area can extend into this room as well if needed. Plenty of room for larger wedding parties.
I hope you liked my Aldermaston Manor wedding photographs – please email if you would like to see some more of my photography. As with everything else you decide on for your wedding, it’s recommended that you look at as many wedding reception locations as you can. I am happy to give you my opinion on any given wedding venue – please call me on 0118 9885088 if you would like a chat.
