Today I was in Hungerford to photograph George and Luke’s wedding at the beautiful St. Lawrence’s Church. The coldest wedding so far this year for me, but the light was lovely, crisp and bright. Here’s a few favourites from the day!
St. Lawrence’s Church. I’d arrived early and shot this scene setting image from a hill just outside town.
I love this picture – Georgina, her Mum and Gran.
The boys arriving at the church.
The dapper Luke, looking far more relaxed than any groom has a right to :)
The ladies, escorted by George’s Dad, walked to the church from home which was a really nice thing to do (and really brave, given the temperature).
My favourite ceremony shot.
The reception was at Wormstall Park House, a fabulously characterful venue, near Hungerford. I love the background on this image.
One of my favourite images.
Favourite shot of the day, I like the shape the plants are making above their heads.
Now that’s what I call a canapé.
The meal room was beautifully decorated, all warm and cosy and Christmassy (is that a real word?)
Starters, ready to go.
George shows off her marvellous ball control (note to self – think of a better title for this image)
The fist dance, and great last image (if I say so myself).
The full gallery will be uploaded soon, click here if you’d like me to let you know when that is.
