Eleaver and George get married in Basingstoke

Eleaver and George tied the knot today at St. Michael’s, right in the middle of Basingstoke and afterwards at Audleys Wood Hotel just outside town. Congratulations go to Eleaver for being the latest bride ever :) There was a bit of a meltdown at the church as the minutes ticked by. Just a minor hold up at the house – fortunately George was informed by phone so was spared the worry. Needless to say, Eleaver made quite an entrance looking fabulous and I’m sure George and everyone agreed it was worth the wait!

The couple had flown in from their home in Sweden for the wedding and there was quite an international mix to the guests. Everyone had a fantastic time though once the wedding had got underway. Audleys Wood wasn’t far away and is a great wedding venue. It’s been a few years since I worked there and it was nice to see the spacious marquee and grounds which made a perfect backdrop for the wedding celebrations. My friend Mark Shipperley did his usual excellent job on the day, filming the wedding and creating some lovely wedding memories for the couple.

Thanks for having me along Eleaver and George! I hope you enjoy this peek at a few of my favourite photographs from the wedding day.
