Tom and Stafford tied the knot today at the Covent Garden Hotel in London. It was a small wedding, perfectly suited to the warm and cosy interior of this London hotel. It was another Anglo American wedding and it was lovely to see close family members from the USA as well as the UK join the couple (and baby Freddie) in The Drawing Room at the hotel for an intimate wedding ceremony. A drinks reception followed and I bade farewell to the guests as they set off for dinner.
A short wedding coverage but I’m pleased to say we have some lovely images from the day which I know will be treasured in the years to come. A few favourites from the wedding:
Baby Freddie. It’s going to be lovely for him to look back on these early family photographs in twenty years or so.
Even more wedding cuteness :)
Today’s beautiful bride – very relaxed about the whole thing.
A little ‘first look’ in the hotel corridor.
As the light fades quickly this time of year we decided to head out on to Monmouth Street in Covent Garden for a few photographs of the bride and groom.
Kissing in public? How dare they…
A quick portrait in the warm and inviting reception of the Covent Garden Hotel.
One quick final adjustment before the wedding ceremony in The Drawing Room.
A quick family portrait.
The wedding ceremony was followed by the drinks reception which went by all too quickly.
The drinks reception ended with a lovely speech by the bride’s father.
I left as night fell – thanks Tom and Stafford for having me along :)
